Renseignements que nous recueillons<\/h2>\n\n<h3>Compte<\/h3>\n<p>La connexion \u00e0 l'application se fait avec l'adresse courriel et le mot de passe de votre compte du site teambrotherfishing.com. L'inscription se fait par un formulaire sur notre site web, pas dans l'application. Votre jeton de connexion est conserv\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on chiffr\u00e9e sur votre appareil (trousseau iOS \/ Android Keystore); votre mot de passe n'est jamais conserv\u00e9 sur l'appareil.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Photos de prises<\/h3>\n<p>Pour soumettre une prise, l'application acc\u00e8de \u00e0 votre appareil photo ou \u00e0 votre pellicule (avec votre permission) afin de photographier le poisson avec la mesure. Cette photo est envoy\u00e9e \u00e0 notre serveur pour validation par les juges. Vous pouvez aussi choisir d'enregistrer une copie sur votre pellicule \u2014 cette copie reste uniquement sur votre appareil.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Messages (Catch Chat et Discussion d'urgence)<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous utilisez le clavardage avec un juge (Catch Chat) ou le clavardage de groupe d'urgence, le contenu texte de vos messages, votre nom et votre courriel sont conserv\u00e9s sur notre serveur pour permettre l'\u00e9change.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Localisation<\/h3>\n<p>La localisation n'est utilis\u00e9e que dans la Discussion d'urgence, et seulement lorsque vous appuyez vous-m\u00eame sur le bouton pour la partager. Il s'agit d'une seule position GPS au moment o\u00f9 vous l'envoyez \u2014 l'application ne suit jamais votre position en continu ni en arri\u00e8re-plan. Une position partag\u00e9e est visible par tous les participants inscrits au m\u00eame tournoi.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Notifications<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous acceptez les notifications, un identifiant de votre appareil est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 votre compte afin de vous envoyer des alertes (r\u00e9veil Livewell, nouveau message, nouvelle discussion d'urgence).<\/p>\n\n<h3>Rapport de bogue<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous nous signalez un probl\u00e8me dans l'application, la description et une capture d'\u00e9cran facultative que vous fournissez sont envoy\u00e9es par courriel \u00e0 notre \u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n\n<h2>2. Information We Collect<\/h2>\n\n<h3>Account<\/h3>\n<p>You sign in with the email and password of your teambrotherfishing.com account. Registration happens through a form on our website, not in the app. Your login token is stored encrypted on your device (iOS Keychain \/ Android Keystore); your password itself is never stored on the device.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Catch photos<\/h3>\n<p>To submit a catch, the app accesses your camera or photo library (with your permission) to photograph the fish alongside the measurement. This photo is uploaded to our server for judge review. You may also choose to save a copy to your camera roll \u2014 that copy stays on your device only.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Messages (Catch Chat and Emergency Chat)<\/h3>\n<p>If you use judge chat (Catch Chat) or the group Emergency Chat, your message text, name, and email are stored on our server to enable the conversation.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Location<\/h3>\n<p>Location is only used in Emergency Chat, and only when you tap the button to share it yourself. It's a single GPS position at the moment you send it \u2014 the app never tracks your location continuously or in the background. A shared location is visible to every participant registered in that same tournament.<\/p>\n\n<h3>Notifications<\/h3>\n<p>If you allow notifications, a device identifier is linked to your account so we can send you alerts (a stuck Livewell submission, a new message, a new emergency chat).<\/p>\n\n<h3>Bug reports<\/h3>\n<p>If you report a problem in the app, the description and any optional screenshot you provide are emailed to our team.<\/p>\n\n<h2>2. How We Use This Information<\/h2>\n<ul>\n  <li>Validate and rank submitted catches for each tournament;<\/li>\n  <li>Enable communication between participants and judges;<\/li>\n  <li>Alert you to relevant events (a stuck submission, a new message, a reported emergency);<\/li>\n  <li>Respond to your questions and fix bugs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>3. Sharing<\/h2>\n<p>We do not sell personal information. We do not use any advertising network or third-party analytics SDK in the app. Your information may be processed by the following providers, solely to run the app:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Our own server<\/strong> (web hosting), where accounts, submitted catches, and messages are stored;<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Google Sheets<\/strong>, for the La Trail tournament leaderboard;<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Expo, Apple (APNs), and Google (Firebase)<\/strong>, for technical delivery of notifications;<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Gmail<\/strong>, to send bug-report emails.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>4. Data Retention<\/h2>\n<p>We retain your data for as long as needed for the season and tournament history. You can ask us to delete your account or data at any time by writing to us.<\/p>\n\n<h2>5. Your Choices<\/h2>\n<p>You can manage or revoke camera, photo library, location, and notification access at any time in your phone's settings. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by writing to the address below.<\/p>\n\n<h2>6. Children's Information<\/h2>\n<p>The app requires an email-linked account for every category, including P'tite Angler. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without a parent or guardian's supervision. If you believe a child has provided us information without appropriate supervision, contact us so we can remove it.<\/p>\n\n<h2>7. Security<\/h2>\n<p>Communication between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS), and your login token is stored encrypted on your device. No system is perfectly secure, however.<\/p>\n\n<h2>8.
